My Perfect Weekend (So Far)

Last weekend was fun. Had a great time visiting LuZhi (or known as Venice of China) which is a water town near to SuZhou Industrial Park (SIP). It took us only 40 minutes by bus to reach LuZhi and I was amazed by how it looks like. China, being China, is very dirty but that doesn't mean that the town is not beautiful. I was actually amazed by it. The only sad thing about this trip was that I wasn't ablet to ride on the gandola...but it was ok. Will wait for mom to come over and ride one later. Hehehe...the worse thing about riding the sampan is that we are going through the back of people's house and that is the reason why my friends decided not to ride on it because they were not keen on going through it and at the same time, they had been to LuZhi for quite a number of time and so it was nothing new to them.

Scenes from my Camera....:

Hahahaha...the sign said they sell dog meat....

Yeah....we had pork's leg for lunch...and it was superb

A nice view with Jennifer, Karen and Miki (LoL...all the big sis)

Hahaha...check out the irony

Headed back to SIP and the bus was damn full. The worse thing about riding a bus in China is that they will still take on passengers although they know very well that the bus is filled with passengers and the Chinese here will try their very best to nudge into the bus as best as possible. It was one of those very bad sardine cans scenario that I have been. LoL..but it was still an experience.

Later that night, Karen invited me to her dinner with TiLAm. A friend that is also from Malasia. We had our dinner at Cherry's Garden. A very nice cafe that serves very nice steaks and I enjoyed the dinner very much. The girls even celebrated Karen's birthday which was a surprise to her. Oh, I forgot to mention that the best food that is served in that place is none other than the Chocolate Fondue. Hmm.....delicious.

Once we wer done with the dinner, we head back to SIP for a karaoke. Sang for 2 hours before we headed back to our own apartment.

Yeah brother your right. China in many people opinion was dirty. But, when you went there. You were surprise that the place there was clean. I was surprise on their highway actually. Not like in Malsysia. So complicated and Jam. In china more easier. The bus case there actually is the same with Malaysia. Just that you drive to everywhere. That's why you don't know. Hahahaha.....
