Day 2

Alarm rings. Wake up. Rub my eyes and yawn. Tired. The after effect of the long bus ride still lingers around. Feel a bit light-headed. Yawn. Tired. Rush to the washroom and start to freshen up. Brushing my teeth and getting ready. Not bothered to change. Go down to meet up with Alicia and Cherlyn. Wait for a while before we go down for food. Have buffet breakfast. Nothing great. Eat Nasi Lemak with Curry Chicken and lots of noodle too. Heavy breakfast. Feel uncomfortable. Debating to go to team building or not. Don't feel like it. Give it a try. Regret came for a visit. Disaster in team building. To teachers, those activities are team torture. They have done a good job at it.

10 stations, 10 mini challenges. Mini....correction. Major challenges. Started with Tantrum cycling. Stupid Ecopia don't even know what is happening. Cycling on sand. Impossible. Plus with bogey coming in and out of the golf course. Irritating. Complaint for a change. Now to cycle on a path where everyone walks in and out. Irritating. Yes. Being first group, bad. Manage to do 7 laps only. Bad. Not to worry. Have the fun.

Next stop, war cry. Cheerleading style. Discuss and make a piece of art. '1,2,3,5,7,9. Black is ours, black is mine. Black is fine.' Have the fun, yes. Throat...a bit sore though. Move on to the highest tower. Girl in charge, cute. Put aside. Said highest tower. But then, never measure. So...how does she know it is the highest. Doubt it. Indra made a presentation. Tower of Lebab. Tower of Love. Funny. Don't know why sing.

Torture have cometh. 4th activity. Beach volley ball. What? Beach volley ball at 10.30 am. Yes. Beach volley ball. Sand hot. Very hot. Sad. Wearing slippers. Burn my feet. Burning hot. Tired. Never in the entire life do any sport, and now have to be tortured. Aiks. Salute Ms Ng. Wahahaha....mountain climber. Better than a video game addict. Half way through, want to quit. Stupid umpire said, no such rules. No such rules. Shoot! F*&^ once again. Finally, 15 minutes up. Next stop...beach soccer. [mouth open wide] Someone...kill me. Waiting for Brown team.

Ouch! Ouch! Ouch! Sand on the feet. Ouch! Ouch! Ouch! Kick the ball. Kick the ball. Ouch! Ouch! Ouch! In need of sport shoes. Give up. Let Zokhri kicks all the balls. Ms Kwa fall twice. Zokhri fall down once. Hide outside. Sun burning. Ouch! Ouch! Ouch! Feet burning. Stupid rule again. No walk over. WTF!

Next stop. Carrum. Not my kind. Let Alicia plays. Mahani complains. Fingers pain. Just laugh. No mood. Tired of all the stupid beach balls. Ms Kwa said...back ache. Oh-oh! No good. Carrum finishes. A bit angry now. Mood not good. Decided to quit. Ms Ng says better to continue. Oh well...spilt. Go straight to Jig-no-saw. Stupid. Blindfolded to finish puzzle. WTF! Wait and wait and wait and wait and wait. Give up. Go back to ping pong. Tension arise. Ms Kwa says stupid empire. Well...really stupid empire. Never play ping pong that doesn't have rules. Wait! Why volley ball have rules and ping pong doesn't. Weird! Stupid empire said something that put all off. What does he mean  when he said 'I am the judge'. He is not even a judge. He is an umpire. He really ticks the black team off. F*&% the game. Tried. But not our style. Don't like strenuous games. Don't even know how to play most of the games. How to play. When know how to play, stupid umpire said...'I am the judge'. Yeah! He is also the almighty. Tired and drained. Adelina tells Jason we give up. Take lift up. Eat lunch. Buffet again. Don't feel hungry. Feel mad. Angry! Just eat. Go back room.  Take shower. Room mate came back while bathing. Watching D.O.A. [Hehehe...cute girls in swim suits.] Watch the whole movie. Change to swimsuit and go down. Forgot goggles. Go straight to Jacuzzi. Ah...! Relaxing. Need it badly. Badly strained. Sit for an hour. Go to mushroom. Az says 'Bertakfur ke?'  'Mungkin lah'.

Go beach. Everyone went to the beach. I stay. Cool breeze. Feel like dozing off. See a dad playing kite with his kid. Cute! Everyone come back. Go back to change. Dinner at 7.30 pm.

Percutianku pada hari pertama

Definisi 'percutian' adalah dimana seseorang akan dapat melapangkan segala masalah yang berselumbungi di sebalik minda tersebut Namun, percutianku baru-baru ini bukannya satu percutian tetapi satu penyeksaan.

Pada hari Jumaat yang lepas, aku bersama dengan kawan-kawanku telah mengikuti satu rombongan percutian yang diberikan oleh Syarikat kami setiap tahun. Seperti tahun lepas, percutian tersebut diuruskan oleh Syarikat Ecopia yang kian menjadi debat hebat di antara perkerja-pekerja disini sama ada mereka betul-betul hebat ataupun disebaliknya. Namun begitu, kami menaiki bas kami dari Subang untuk menuju ke destinasi kami, Awana Kijal. Sebuah resort yang kiat dikaitkan sebagai sebuah resort yang indah dan berbintang empat. Pada pukul 9 pagi, kami pun bertolak dari Subang Jaya. Apa yang tertulis dalam brochure itu adalah kami akan sampai pada pukul 12.30 petang dimana kami akan mempunyai masa yang banyak untuk meneruskan segala aktiviti yang diingini. Tetapi, segalanya hanya adalah impian sahaja kerana kami hanya sampai di sana pada pukul 3 petang. Ini termasuk berhenti di restoran Tong Yuan untuk menikmati ketam di situ. Nanum begitu, perjalanan ini mengambil masa yang lebih lama daripada percutian ke Redang. Ini yang membuat kebanyakkan daripada kami berasa letih. Di sepanjang perjalanan, saya dan Indra telah berjaya bermain Scrabble di atas bas sehingga kehabisan abjad dan kami masih berada dalam perjalanan ke sana :(. Ini menujukkan betapa lamanya and pelahannya bas tersebut. Setiba di sana, kami masing-masing mengambil kunci bilik dan masuk ke bilik. Letih sungguh aku kerana itu. Namun begitu, aku terus menukar pakaian mandi dan ke bilik Cherlyn sementara menunggu yang lain untuk menukar baju mereka. Setelah menunggu selama setengah jam, kami pun pergi ke kolam mandi. Kolam mandi itu nampak menawan sekali kerana ia besar dan mempunyai dua jakuzi yang seronok. Amat melegakan untuk beremdam disana. Selepas berendam selama 2 jam, kami pun pergi ke pantai untuk menikmati keindahan pantai tersebut. Seronok juga dapat bermain air laut disitu. Kami bermain dengan sekejap sahaja dan terus masuk ke bilik kami untuk mandi dan makan makanan malam yang tidak sesedap manapun. Sekadar OK sahaja. Tetapi, makanan melayu yang dimasak disitu memang tak boleh dinafikan keenakkannya. Selepas makan makanan yang banyak, kami pun berehat di bilik Alicia dengan meminum dan memakan segala makanan yang dibuat oleh Ms Ng dan wain merah yang dibawa oleh Alicia. Kami beborak sehingga larut malam dan ini terakhirnya hari pertama kami.
