Root Canal, Mouth Opens Wide and Cash...which one is more painful?

Seriously what is the connection between them and frankly I can tell you the similarities. Went to the Dentist today to do my root canal and ended up having to open my mouth widely for one hour and the whole operation cost me an amount of RM250 and this is just the first one. Ouch! All three add together is like super ouch! But if I am to choose which one is more painful, it will obviously the money lah. But that is monetary and it involves the pain in the brain. Paying RM 250 for an hour operation and not knowing what was happening (eyes closed) was like taking money from a blind man. Although it works that way, I could clearly hear all the drilling and sucking which made the visit a bit more interesting. One thing for sure, Dr. Natham was good as I couldn't feel anything at all as all he did was drill and drill and drill and paste and put some bitter liquid into my mouth. Rest, I couldn't really feel anything other than wanting to close my mouth as it was damn tiring to open so wide for so long. It was completely different from what Mui Lin has prescribed and was it because this was just the first operation and therefore it was the least painful eh? In regards, it did feel some pain when the drill reached the veins in the gums and ouch that was when the pain was exaggerating. But hey, he was careful enough not to let me feel the pain and I had the whole operation without even feeling a pinch of pain. He is good and I forgot to mention. He is my friend's dad. Cool huh!
